Retail Navigator has just “Rocked the Volt” for Electric Visual Evolution.

On July 2, 2010 Retail Navigator released Electric Visual Evolution's New 3.0 Version app for downloading. Over 1,000 downloads occured over the 4th of July weekend.

Retail Navigator is a leader in Demand Chain Visibility (DCV).

In association with Electric Visual Evolution,  Retail Navigator has developed a “cutting edge”3.0 version app that will “Rock the Retail World”.

This is the first eyewear company to offer this type of mobile app marketing tool. The “Rock the Volt” experience allows you to try on a range of sunglass frames on a picture of yourself and share a labeled image with your friends or family via social networking on e-mail , twitter or facebook.
The custom built sizing system makes it easy and fun to try on any frames to see which model looks best on you.

Additional features to the “Rock the Volt” app include, a complete on-line catalog of all Electric Visual Evolution Products, a “Find Near Me” feature allows the app to locate the closest store that carries that product and offers directions via Google Maps and “touch and dial” phone numbers for the store.

Electric’s news cast feature has been updated with an exciting new feature called “Word” that is a RSS feed and is designed to constantly update you on new stories and news directly from their website.
In addition to “Word” you can access Volt TV where you can view Electric’s latest and greatest videos.

Retail Navigator made an impressive showing at the 2010 PGA Merchandising Show in Orlando, Florida on January 27-29th.

Dave Marriner, Retail Navigator's Excecutive Vice President of Marketing and Sales, was a guest of King Par Inc., one of Retail Navigator's newest success stories.

John Runyon, President of King Par, is extremely satisfied with the installation of the RN Dashboard. Retail Navigator's peer-to-peer solution has eliminated complexity in their supply chain processes.

While at the show, Marriner was also a guest of Annika Sorenstam and Mike McGee at the booth where Annika was signing autographs on her new fragrance boxes and her most recent Ladies Golf Magazine cover.

After the Fragrance booth visit, the trio paid a visit to Cutter & Buck Clothing where the Annika Collection was on display. McGee introduced Marriner to Jens Petersson, CEO of Cutter & Buck. The Cutter & Buck line is being added to the RN Dashboard for King Par and will soon be offered to all Cutter & Buck retailers. John Jenkins, Sales Executive for Golf Division in Michigan, is the lead contact working with King Par to get the Dashboard installed.

Following the visit to the Cutter & Buck booth, Marriner made a presentation to other golf industry suppliers who were very excited to see the new iPhone apps offered by Retail Navigator. The new app, designed for Electric Visual, won an award in the Action Sports Industry.
