Greg Walsh

Greg Walsh and his wife Ruth Page retired to Nevada in 1999. Since then, they divide their time between their horse ranch in Gardnerville, long distance ocean sailing and their seven-year old granddaughter Maddi. Greg’s 25-year career in the computer industry includes founding and early positions in three successful start-up companies. He began his career at Xerox’s Palo Alto Research Center where he was a member of the team that developed the original windowing and word processing system that inspired subsequent products by Apple and Microsoft.

He founded his most recent company, E.piphany with 3 partners in 1996. At E.piphany, Greg was the technical visionary and chief architect of the company’s product in the then nascent space of packaged enterprise-wide customer analytic and relationship management software. Greg is the author of image processing and reconstruction software that is incorporated into medical scanner products built by Picker and GE Medical and holds four US patents in the areas of computer hardware and software.

He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford and Bachelors’ degrees in Computer Science and in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
